Rotanda Plastic (Hubei) Co., Ltd. is a new materials enterprise specializing in the research, development and production of functional masterbatches, located in Anlu City, Hubei Province, China. Carrying the ROTANDA brand with nearly 30 years of film-materials expertise, we focus on pearlescent, white, matte, anti-static and slip masterbatches for BOPP, CPP and PE film applications.

Our production base covers 150 mu (approx. 100,000 m²) and is built in three phases, with 30 advanced extrusion pelletizing lines planned. Phase I is already in operation with 10 lines producing over 30,000 tons per year, scaling toward 90,000+ tons at full capacity.
